3-4-9-2: CUTTING POTS PROHIBITED:
No person shall deal, play, carry on or cause to be operated, or conduct any of the games mentioned in section 3-4-9-1 of this chapter where a percentage is taken out, and the deal does not alternate. (Ord. 07-02, 2-26-2007)
