A. Revocation: The violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall act as an immediate revocation of any and all licenses which may have been issued to the violator, or which may have been issued for the particular room and premises in which any such violation occurred.
B. Reissuance: No new or additional license under this chapter shall issue to such violator for the room and premises in which the violation occurred for a period of one year from the date of such revocation. (Ord. 07-02, 2-26-2007)
