11-7-7: STREETS:
All streets and/or roads offered to the city for dedication as shown on a final map or parcel map or otherwise shall:
   A.   Be designed, inspected and constructed to the "Standard Details for Public Works Construction".
   B.   Any roads or streets offered for maintenance shall be constructed per city specifications. (1973 Code § 16.24.070)
