A. Planning Commission Review: The planning commission shall review and recommend approval, conditional approval or disapproval of a parcel map to the city council.
B. Time Limitation: Unless the time is extended by mutual agreement, a request to waive the submission of a parcel map or the parcel map which has been submitted shall be acted upon within thirty (30) days or in the absence of action shall be deemed approved.
C. Council Approval: The approval of the parcel map and the associated land division shall be executed by the city council within thirty (30) days of planning commission action. (1973 Code § 16.20.050)
