11-5-2: FILING; REVIEW:
   A.   Submission: Not less than thirty (30) days prior to the consideration of any final map, the developer shall submit the original proposed final map and ten (10) prints of the same to the city.
   B.   City Review:
      1.   Map: The city shall check said map as to accuracy and dimensions, placing of monuments, establishment of survey records and conformance of the map to the tentative map as approved. Data concerning closure calculations, construction plans, estimates of quantities based on improvement plans shall also be submitted therewith.
      2.   Improvement Plans: Improvement plans submitted in conjunction with the final map shall be reviewed and approved by the city in compliance with chapter 7 of this title.
   C.   Checking Fee: In addition to other fees and charges as required by law, the developer shall pay a checking fee which shall be in accordance with the resolution establishing fees for filing and checking subdivisions. Such fee shall be due and payable to the city clerk at the time the final map is filed and placed on the agenda for final approval and is not refundable if the plat is subsequently delayed, withdrawn, or abandoned.
   D.   City Staff Review; Placement On Council Agenda: Upon completion of review by the city, the final map and all other required plans and documents must be approved by city staff and authorized by the city manager to be on the agenda for consideration by the city council. (1973 Code § 16.16.020)
