11-3-2: FILING AND APPROVAL PROCEDURE:

   A.   Filing Tentative Map: The subdivider shall file with the planning commission fifteen (15) copies of the tentative map of each subdivision.

   B.   Copies Distributed: Immediately after the filing of the tentative map, the secretary of the planning commission shall forward copies thereof to the following persons:

      1.   City manager;

      2.   Mayor and city council;

      3.   Chairman of the planning commission;

      4.   Nevada division of consumer health;

      5.   Appropriate local water or sewer district;

      6.   State division of water resources;

      7.   Board of trustees of Lyon County school district;

      8.   Fire department;

      9.   Public works department;

      10.   Appropriate irrigation district;

      11.   Chief of police;

      12.   Nevada department of environmental protection;

      13.   Nevada department of transportation (if applicable). (1973 Code § 16.08.020)
