A. Use Prohibited: No person shall occupy or utilize for living or sleeping quarters or business purposes any recreational vehicle parked within the city other than in a stall at a recreational vehicle park.
B. Permitting Use Prohibited: No owner, occupant or other person having charge or control of any lot or tract of land within the city, other than a recreational vehicle park, shall permit any person to occupy for living or sleeping quarters or business purposes any recreational vehicle parked thereon.
