9-4-10: PERMITTED USES:
The uses permitted within mobile home parks are:
   A.   Mobile home parks are permitted within the areas defined by title 10 of this code;
   B.   One independent mobile home, for residential purposes only, per space or site or a principal use;
   C.   One carport, cabana, ramada or patio or detached storage room per mobile home;
   D.   Community recreation building and facilities, laundry, car wash or storage facility serving the mobile home park residents only;
   E.   One management office and/or one single-family dwelling or mobile home used exclusively for living quarters and office by the operator or manager of the mobile home park;
   F.   Certain portions of a mobile home park may be designated as a recreational vehicle park. Any areas so designated shall comply with the special use permit requirements of title 10 of this code and the recreational vehicle park improvement standards. The spaces shall be separated from the mobile homes space by view obstruction buffer or roadway;
   G.   Restrictions of permitted uses:
      1.   No childcare facilities are allowed within a mobile home,
      2.   No home occupations are allowed,
      3.   All other uses not specifically authorized hereunder or under title 10 of this code as it applies to mobile home parks. (1973 Code § 15.12.010)
