A. Installation: In those areas allowing the installation of mobile homes, said mobile home is authorized when installed in conformity with provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes, the regulations adopted by the manufactured housing division of the department of commerce and the provisions of this chapter.
B. Construction: Any mobile home installed in the city must be constructed to or meet the federal mobile home standards effective June 15, 1976. This requirement does not pertain to any mobile home which is already installed in any area of the city as long as the continuing use of such complies with this chapter. (1973 Code § 15.04.010)
