It is not the intent of the provisions of this chapter to abrogate or annul any easement, deed restriction or other agreement between individuals; provided, however, that whenever the provisions of this chapter impose a greater restriction upon the use of land and buildings within mobile home parks and recreational vehicle parks, the provisions of this chapter shall govern.
