The purpose of this chapter is to promote the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the city by providing minimum standards to prevent overcrowding of land to avoid congestion in the streets, to stabilize and protect the residential character of mobile home parks and surrounding areas, to encourage development providing open spaces and planned site designs, to ensure protection of the natural landscape and character of the area, to eliminate incompatible uses of facilities, and to provide adequate water supply, sewage disposal and sanitation for all mobile home parks and recreational vehicle parks.
