2-1-8: BYLAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The planning commission may adopt bylaws, rules and regulations for its government and in connection with its duties, not inconsistent with the provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes sections 268.100 through 268.220, inclusive, with the provisions of this chapter, or with the provisions of title 10 of this code. (1973 Code § 2.12.080)
