2-1-6: ORGANIZATION:

A. Officers: Each January, the members of the planning commission shall elect a president and vice president from the appointed members, and may elect a secretary who need not be a member of the commission. (Ord. 06-04, 4-24-2006)

B. Record Of Proceedings: The secretary shall keep an accurate record of all proceedings. (1973 Code § 2.12.060)
