2-1-3: TERMS OF OFFICE:

A. City Officials: The mayor, city attorney and city manager shall hold office as members of the planning commission during their tenure of office as such city officials. (Ord. 06-04, 4-24-2006)

B. Appointed Members: The appointed members of the planning commission shall hold office for four (4) years, or until their successors have been appointed and qualified. (1973 Code § 2.12.030)
