2-1-2: COMPOSITION:
The planning commission shall consist of seven (7) members in addition to the mayor, city attorney, and city manager, to be appointed by the mayor, not more than two (2) of whom shall be nonresidents of the city. (Ord. 06-04, 4-24-2006)
