8-4-4: CONNECTIONS:
   A.   Design And Construction: No new connection shall be made to the municipal sewer system unless the same is properly designed and constructed complying with the uniform building code and the uniform plumbing code, latest editions.
   B.   Prohibited: All "inflow sources" as defined in EPA regulations, section 40, CFR part 35, including, but not limited to, roof leaders, cellar, yard and area drains, foundation drains, sump pumps, cooling water discharges, drains from springs and swampy areas, manhole covers, cross-connections from storm sewers and combined sewers, catchbasins, storm waters, surface runoff, street wash waters or drainage, shall not be permitted to be connected to the sewer system.
