A. Power To Authorize: When the city council deems it feasible, it may authorize water service to users beyond the corporate limits of the city.
B. User To Furnish: In such cases, the water user shall furnish all water lines and the necessary work and labor for the installation thereof from the nearest mains within the city to the property owned by such water user.
C. Single Premises: Not more than one residence building or premises shall be supplied through any one connection.
D. Charges: Each such connection shall be charged at the metered rates established from time to time by the city council. (1973 Code § 13.16.070)
