8-2-5: GRADE OF CURB CUTOFF BOXES:
Curb cutoff boxes shall be placed at proper grade by the public works director when installed and no changes thereof shall be made except by the public works director or at his direction. (1973 Code § 13.16.060; amd. 2001 Code)
