All airport fees, i.e., tiedown, parking, landing, etc., will be per schedule established by the city council. Adoption and alterations of airport fees schedule shall be by resolution of the council. Such schedule will be posted in full view for operators and owners, and such posting shall constitute notification. The schedule of fees shall become a part of the rules and regulations governing management,and operation of the airport. (1973 Code § 2.32.130)
