7-3-6: AIRCRAFT OPERATORS:
Every person operating an aircraft shall comply with and operate such aircraft in conformity with these rules and regulations, and all pertinent rules, regulations, orders and rulings of the CAB and the FAA. (1973 Code § 2.32.080)
