A. Special Events: Special events such as air shows, air races, sky diving, and all events requiring the general use of the airport, other than normal or routine airport traffic, shall be held only upon the prior approval of the council, subject to all applicable FAA regulations and on such dates, in such areas, and upon such terms and conditions as shall be specified by the council. B. Hours Of Operation: The airport shall be open for public use at all hours of the day, subject to restrictions imposed by FAA and/or local regulations. (1973 Code § 2.32.060)
C. Use Constitutes Acceptance Of Regulations: The use of the airport or any of its facilities in any manner constitutes an acceptance by the user of these rules and regulations and shall create an obligation on the part of the user to abide by and obey those rules and regulations now and later promulgated by the city council. (1973 Code § 2.32.070)
