A. Appointment: The council may, at its discretion, appoint an airport advisory commission to make recommendations to the council as may be necessary for the safe and reliable management of the airport. (1973 Code § 2.32.030)
B. Duties: The airport advisory commission will prepare rules and regulations for the management and operation of the airport. Such rules and regulations will be submitted to the city council for approval after which they will be binding upon all persons using or involved in management or operation of the airport. Such rules and regulations will be subject to review and change or amendment as recommended by the airport advisory commission and approved by the city council. (1973 Code § 2.32.040)
