The rules and regulations set forth in this chapter, and all orders, instructions, rules and regulations promulgated under authority prescribed in this chapter, shall apply to and be in full force and effect upon the Yerington airport as it is now or may hereafter be constituted. All persons using the facilities of the Yerington airport shall observe these rules and regulations, shall be a condition under which all persons may use such facilities. (1973 Code § 2.32.010)
