1-7-6: RIGHTS OF CUSTODY AND CONTROL:
   A.   Records Transferred: The rights of custody and control of records transferred to the city records center remain with the transferring office.
   B.   Archives: The rights of custody and control of accessions to the city archives transfer to the division at the time the records are accepted as an accession. (1973 Code § 2.40.130)
