A. Driving Between Vehicles: A person, except a police officer in the performance of his duty, shall not drive a motorcycle or moped between moving or stationary vehicles occupying adjacent traffic lanes.
B. Riding Abreast:
1. Prohibited: Except as provided in subsection B2 of this section, a person shall not drive a motorcycle, moped or trimobile abreast of or overtake or pass another vehicle within the same traffic lane.
2. Allowed: Motorcycles and mopeds may, with the consent of the drivers, be operated no more than two (2) abreast in a single traffic lane. (1973 Code § 10.64.190; amd. 2001 Code)
