6-13-2: DRIVING BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS:
No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motorcycle owned by him or under his control to be driven upon any highway by any person who is not authorized by Nevada Revised Statutes chapter 486 to drive a motorcycle. (1973 Code § 10.64.020)
