A. On City Property Prohibited: It is unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle upon property belonging to the city without the express permission of the city council. (1973 Code § 10.20.240)
B. On Private Property Prohibited: It is unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle upon any private property within the city without the express permission of the owner or occupier of such private property. (1973 Code § 10.20.250)
C. Exceptions: Nothing contained in subsections A or B of this section shall prohibit the operation of a vehicle upon any area designated by the city or the owner or occupier of private property as a driveway, parking lot, or other area to which access by vehicle is commonly permitted. (1973 Code § 10.20.260)
