6-4-7: EMERGING FROM ALLEY OR DRIVEWAY:
The operator of a vehicle emerging from an alley or private driveway shall completely stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto the sidewalk area extending across such alley or private driveway. (1973 Code § 10.20.210)
