6-4-6: FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY:
The driver of a motor vehicle shall not follow another vehicle closer than is reasonable and prudent, having due regard to the speed of such vehicle and the traffic upon, and the condition of the street or highway. (1973 Code § 10.20.200)
