6-3-3: ALLOWING CHILD OR WARD UNDER SIXTEEN TO DRIVE:
No person shall cause or knowingly permit his child or ward under the age of sixteen (16) years to drive a motor vehicle upon any street or alley within the city when such minor is not authorized hereunder, or in violation of any provision of this title. (1973 Code § 10.16.030)
