6-3-2: IN POSSESSION WHILE DRIVING:
The licensee shall have his operator's or chauffeur's license in his immediate possession at all times when driving a motor vehicle on any street or highway or alley within the city, and when so driving shall display the same upon demand of any police officer enforcing the provisions of this title. (1973 Code § 10.16.020)
