6-3-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:
No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon any street or alley of the city unless such person shall be the holder of a valid operator's or chauffeur's license issued by the state of Nevada, or unless such person shall be exempted from such license by the law of the state of Nevada. (1973 Code § 10.16.010)
