The mayor shall:
A. Have general supervision of all the affairs of the city, and shall see that every officer faithfully discharges his duties;
B. Draw all warrants on the treasurer for demands audited by the city council;
C. Perform and officiate at marriage ceremonies subject to the limitations set forth in NRS Section 122.08(5)(6);
D. Perform such other duties as are required by the charter of the city. (1973 Code § 2.04.010; amd. Res. 2024-01, 1-8-2024)
