5-4-3: INTERFERENCE WITH ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER 1 :
No person shall interfere with, oppose or resist the animal control officer or any of his duly authorized assistants, while engaged in performing any duty imposed by this chapter. (1973 Code § 7.04.030; amd. 2001 Code)
