A. Selling To Minors: No person shall sell, give or dispense any alcoholic beverage to a minor. (1973 Code § 9.92.010)
B. Consumption Or Possession By Minors: No person under twenty one (21) years of age shall consume or have in his possession any alcoholic beverage. This shall not apply in the presence of the person's parent, spouse or legal guardian who is twenty one (21) years of age or older within a privately owned structure not open to the public. (1973 Code § 9.92.020)
