A. Application For Intermittent Sentencing: Each person who is regularly employed and sentenced to serve a term of confinement in the Lyon County jail may apply to the court to be allowed to serve his term of confinement intermittently on days other than his regular days of employment. (1973 Code § 1.22.010)
B. Conditions For Payment Of Fees: If the court grants an application to serve a sentence intermittently, it shall:
1. Establish the conditions of the intermittent sentence;
2. Direct whether the fee is to be paid weekly or monthly; and
3. If the person is unable to pay the amount of the fee, set the terms of payment and set the amount of the fee according to the applicant's ability to pay. (1973 Code § 1.22.030)
