5-2-6: CONSUMING OR POSSESSING LIQUOR IN PUBLIC PLACES:
   A.   Public Places Defined: For the purpose of this section, "public places" shall be defined to be any public park, commercial parking lot, and Main Street and its sidewalks between Pacific Street and Grove Street on Main and Virginia Streets, and Littell Avenue on North Main Street.
   B.   Prohibited: Any person who shall consume any intoxicating liquor or possess any open container or any intoxicating liquor without a special events liquor license as provided in section 3-3-8 of this code, in certain "public places", as defined in subsection A of this section, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
