A. Keeping Or Sale; Permit Required: No person shall keep or sell, or offer for sale, any fireworks of any nature within the city without first obtaining a permit therefor from the city council. (1973 Code § 9.24.010)
B. Discharging:
1. Permit Required: No person shall discharge or set off within the city any rocket, squib, firecracker, or other fireworks of any description, without first obtaining permission from the city council.
2. Written Permit: Such permission shall be in writing, and shall specifically state the time when, and the place where, such fireworks may be discharged or set off. (1973 Code § 9.24.020)
