4-5-10: OTHER SPECIFICATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

Prior to the issuance of a permit for the same, the installation of any and all aboveground fuel storage containers must:

   A.   Conform to all regulations of the international fire code;

   B.   Conform to all regulations of the international building code;

   C.   Conform to all regulations of the international residential building code;

   D.   Conform to all regulations of the uniform mechanical code;

   E.   Conform to all regulations of the uniform plumbing code;

   F.   Conform to all regulations of the national electrical code;

   G.   Conform to all regulations of the state fire marshal;
