The following setbacks shall be required:
A. Adjacent Property: The aboveground fuel storage container shall be located not less than fifteen feet (15') from adjacent property.
B. Public Street, Highway Or Access Road: The aboveground fuel storage container shall be located not less than twenty five feet (25') from any public street, highway or access road. (1973 Code § 8.17.080)
C. International Fire Code: All aboveground fuel storage containers shall be placed in accordance with specifications as required in the international fire code. (Ord. 08-01, 3-10-2008)
