4-5-6: CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS:

The total on site capacity of aboveground fuel storage containers shall be limited to two thousand (2,000) U.S. gallons, which may be distributed among a maximum of four (4) aboveground tanks. Any exception must be made by variance procedure through the fire and building departments and as approved by the city council. (1973 Code § 8.17.060)
