4-5-5: USE RESTRICTIONS:
Use of the aboveground fuel storage containers shall be limited to:
   A.   Industrial use;
   B.   City government;
   C.   County government;
   D.   State government;
   E.   Federal government;
   F.   Limited commercial use by variance only.
The use by limited commercial users shall be addressed on a case by case basis and allowed by variance procedure through the fire and building departments and as approved by the city council. (1973 Code § 8.17.050)
