A. Review By City: Each proposed tank installation should be designed in accordance with the most current edition of the international fire code as adopted by the city of Yerington and the items within this chapter. Plans detailing the installation, location, and specifications should be submitted for review by the fire and building departments of the city. (Ord. 08-01, 3-10-2008)
B. Submittal To State Fire Marshal: Plans are required to be submitted to the state fire marshal for review prior to the issuance of a permit. (1973 Code § 8.17.040)
