4-2-3: WRITTEN COMPLAINT:
Whenever a written complaint is filed with the city clerk alleging the existence of a "nuisance" as defined herein with the city, the city clerk shall forthwith notify the chief of police, the fire chief, the public works director or such other city official as may appear to the city clerk to be appropriate.
