(a) All classified employees shall be paid at the pay grade established by the job classification set forth in Section 252.01 and in accordance with a schedule established from time to time by Council.
(b) (1) Effective November 6, 2013, the rate of pay for all Village elected officials (Council and the Mayor) shall be set at the minimum required by State law to provide to the elected official one month of OPERS service credit for every month served.
(2) That for 2013, this amount is set by State law (Sub. S.B. 343) at six hundred dollars ($600.00) per month, and shall remain at this level until the State legislature enacts further changes to increase or decrease this amount.
