*Sergeants shall be paid up to an 8% premium above the highest paid police officer. The Captain shall be paid up to an 8% premium above the regular rate of pay for sergeants. Clerk-Dispatcher Supervisors shall be paid up to an 8% premium above the highest paid Clerk-Dispatcher.
