Upon payment or proof of payment of the amount owed for the service that was previously disconnected, including any re-connection charge or other charges, if any, reinstatement of service shall be made by the close of the following regular Village working day. The Village may also, at its sole discretion, accept an amount sufficient to cure the default on any payment plan, or establish a payment plan with the customer and reconnect service.
