1040.07 PROVISIONS FOR DISPUTING OTHER ISSUES.
   Any customer who is not satisfied with the manner in which utility service is being provided to their premises may file a petition with the Finance Director requesting a hearing before the Utility Dispute Resolution Board. Such petition shall set forth in sufficient detail the basis for the request for the hearing. Upon receipt of the petition, the Board shall schedule a hearing in accordance with Section 1040.08. The hearing shall be scheduled no later than 30 days after receipt of the petition, unless otherwise agreed to by the customer.
