(a) The provisions of this Chapter may be enforced by a law enforcement officer, as defined in Section 606.01 of the General Offenses Code. All fines collected for any violation of this Chapter shall be paid into the General Fund of the City of Xenia.
(b) All other statutes, codes and ordinances that are appropriate within this jurisdiction apply.
