§ 1031.06 CANCELLATION OF SERVICE.

Any violation of the terms and conditions of the extraterritorial service agreement by a extraterritorial property owner, including the refusal to petition for annexation if requested by the City, shall be cause for termination of the provision of the City's municipal utilities to the property.
